Clean, wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top and let everything steep.
Whip the cream, possibly with a packet of cream stabilizer, and mix with the vanilla sugar, 1 tablespoon of sugar and the yogurt. Pluck the basil into pieces, mix with the remaining sugar and the juice of the lime and puree. Chop or cut the chocolate into small pieces. This is easier when it is at room temperature.
Now first layer the strawberries, then the cream and then the chocolate in dessert glasses and pour a dollop of the basil-lime sugar on top.
