Instructions

1. Wash and clean the strawberries, cut in half if necessary. Squeeze 1 lime. Mix the juice and sugar together. Pour over the fruit. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
2. Whip the whipped cream and vanilla sugar until stiff, stir in the sour cream. Wash and pluck lemon balm. Wash 1 lime and cut into 6 thin slices.
3. Serve the strawberries with the juice and cream. Garnish with lime slices and lemon balm.
