Put the milk, cream and eggnog in a tall, narrow mixing bowl. Add the cream powder and stir briefly with the whisk of the hand mixer on the lowest setting. Then whip on the highest level for about 3 minutes until creamy.
Possibly fill the cream in a piping bag (large perforated nozzle) and squirt onto 4 small plates or spread on top with a spoon. Chill until ready to serve.
Wash, clean and drain the strawberries. Halve the strawberries and serve with the cream. Garnish with mint and dust with powdered sugar.
