Cut the stalks from the rocket about halfway. Then wash the rocket and spin dry in a salad spinner or pat the rocket dry on kitchen paper. Then put the rocket in a salad bowl.
Wash the strawberries and remove the stalk. Then the strawberries are cut into quarters and added to the rocket. Grate the parmesan and add to the rocket and strawberries.
For the dressing, mix olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Put the dressing in the bowl and mix everything with the salad servers.
