  1. Wash, clean, halve or quarter the strawberries and mix with a little powdered sugar and let them steep.
  2. Mix the quark with the scraped pulp of the vanilla pod, approx. 1 tablespoon sugar and a few squirts of lemon juice. Beat the crème fraîche and cream with a little sugar until stiff and fold into the quark. Refrigerate.
  3. To serve, pour approx. 2 tablespoons of the quark cream into a serving bowl and pour the strawberries over it.
  4. Then a small dollop of cream and a little bit of the strawberry juice.
