• 500 g strawberries
• 9 chocolate kisses
• 250 g quark (40% fat)
• 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
• 2 packs vanilla sugar
• 1 pack cream stabilizer
• 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries and keep strawberries for decoration if necessary. Dice the remaining strawberries and place in a bowl.
2. Beat the cream with the cream stabilizer in a tall mixing beaker with the hand mixer until stiff. Put the chocolate kisses without waffle (put aside for decoration), the quark, the vanilla sugar and the juice of a squeezed lemon in the bowl. Mix with a hand mixer.
3. Fold in the whipped cream loosely with a spatula. Garnish with the strawberries and waffles from the chocolate kisses. Instead of strawberries, bananas, tangerines or other fruits can also be used.
