• 200 g sweet cream
• 1 bag / s cream stabilizer
• 20 g vanilla suar
• 500 g quark
• 100 g dark couverture or rated chocolate
• 500 g strawberries

Instructions

1. Whip the cream with the whipped cream until stiff. Stir in the quark with the vanilla sugar. Chop the dark couverture and mix in. Quarter the cleaned strawberries and fold in.
2. Either serve directly or refrigerate until ready to serve.
