Wash the strawberries, remove the stem and cut into small pieces. Wash the currants and pull the berries off the panicles. Put both in a bowl and mix with the sugar and the strawberry lime and let it steep for about 20 minutes. You may also need a little more sugar, depending on the taste and acidity of the currants.
Mix loosely with the natural yoghurt just before consumption and pour into dessert glasses.
