Instructions
Cut the fruit into pieces. Stir passion fruit juice and preserving sugar into the fruit mixture, bring to the boil and continue to simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Fill the jam full to the brim in jars and close them immediately.
Makes 4 to 5 glasses.
