Wash, clean and slice the strawberries. Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Mix the raspberry vinegar, oil and 1 tablespoon water into a vinaigrette. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Mix the strawberry slices and mozzarella with the vinaigrette and let it steep for a moment. In the meantime, pluck the basil from the stems, put a few small basil leaves aside, and cut the rest into fine strips. Carefully fold the basil strips into the strawberry-mozzarella salad, sprinkle with colored pepper and garnish with basil leaves.
