Put the oat flakes in a saucepan, add the water and leave to soak for about 10 minutes. Then put the pot on the stove and cook until the desired consistency is achieved. Then let it cool down a bit, add the skyr and the fruit and stir.
I usually use 100 g frozen raspberries, which I heat in the microwave for 1 minute twice during the swelling process at 600 watts. I also take 100 g Skyr strawberry 0.2%.
