Wash, clean and cut the strawberries into cubes. Chop the cantuccini into small pieces.
Put all other ingredients in a bowl and stir until creamy. The mixed cream tastes intensely like eggnog at first, but this is put into perspective in combination with the fruits and the biscuits. Then in six small glasses, e.g., Weck jars for 175 ml content, layer the content as follows: strawberries, cream, cantuccini and again strawberries and cream. Decorate with strawberries, biscuit crumbs and possibly a mint leaf.
Let it steep in the refrigerator for about three hours, the juice of the strawberries will soften the cantuccini.
