Clean and wash the strawberries. Thaw frozen strawberries. Puree half of the strawberries with the juice. Cut the other half into small cubes, fold into the puree and sweeten it with vanilla sugar.
Soak gelatine in cold water, squeeze out, dissolve and stir into the puree. Then pour the mixture into a mold that has been rinsed with cold water and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Then fall.
