Weigh the two whole eggs. Use this weight as a basic measure for sugar and flour.
Beat the eggs and do not stir with the sugar, vanilla sugar and water until they are very frothy. Add flour and baking powder. Spread half the amount of dough on a greased tray or on baking paper and spread 3 thin circles and bake quickly until the edges are lightly brown. This takes 8-10 minutes. Peel off immediately and shape into sticks while still hot. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the dough. Let cool down.
In the meantime, clean and chop the strawberries, separate 6 beautiful berries.
Whip the whipped cream when it is firm, add a little icing sugar as you like (the dough of the steak is already quite sweet), and fold in the cut strawberries. Pour into the cooled sticks, decorate each with a beautiful strawberry and mint or lemon balm leaf.
