For the strawberry puree, clean the strawberries, remove the stem and puree the berries with the blender (if the strawberries are out of season, frozen strawberries can also be used). Wash the lime and cut into eight pieces.
Put 2 lime wedges in a caipirinha glass and cover with the raw cane sugar. Mash with a wooden pestle. Put some crushed ice, cachaca and strawberry puree on top and mix everything together. Fill up to the edge of the glass with crushed ice, place a strawberry on the edge of the glass and serve.
