Instructions

  1. Separate the eggs for the dough. Mix the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of hot water until frothy. Stir in 50 g sugar, salt, lemon juice and whip until creamy. Beat the egg white until stiff, pour in the remaining sugar and pour onto the egg yolk cream. Sift the flour and baking powder over it and fold in carefully.
  2. Put in a greased fruit cake tin.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° ´C for approx. 15 - 20 minutes. Then immediately take it out of the mold and let it cool down.
  4. For the topping, mix the mascarpone, sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice together well. Brush the cake base with Nutella, then spread the mascarpone cream on the base and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
