Instructions

  1. Put the shortbread biscuits in a freezer bag and crumble very finely. Melt the butter, add the cookie crumbs and mix well.
  2. Spread in a springform pan lined with baking paper and press down well. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
