Clean and quarter the strawberries. Mix with the fructose and let some juice steep. Then puree.
Add the cream and yogurt and mix.
Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and let it stir.
In the meantime, cut the two packs of cheesecake into small cubes. When the strawberry mixture has been in the ice cream maker for about 5 minutes, gradually add the cubes to the ice cream maker and stir until the ice is solid.
