• 250 g strawberries
• 4 slices toast bread (whole grain)
• 150 g quark (low-fat quark)
• 2 teaspoons crème fraîche
• some sweetener, more liquid
• 2 teaspoon chocolate decor (chocolate sprinkles)

Instructions

1. Cut the strawberries into slices. Toast the toast slices.
2. Mix the quark with the crème fraîche and some sweetener. Brush the toasts with it. Spread the strawberry slices on top and sprinkle with the chocolate sprinkles.
