Wash the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Put 6 beautiful berries aside for garnish.
Put the quark in a bowl and mix with sugar and a packet of vanilla sugar. Beat the cream with the other packet of vanilla sugar and the packet of heavy cream until stiff. Fold the cream into the curd mixture.
Alternate strawberries and quark in 6 dessert bowls and garnish with a strawberry. Chill until ready to serve.
