Cut the cleaned strawberries into small pieces, puree them together with the sugar, vanilla sugar to taste and lemon juice. Then mix in the liquid cream.
Dissolve the well-squeezed gelatine in the warm orange liqueur, stir in some strawberry-cream mixture, then stir the gelatine mixture into the strawberry-cream mixture.
Divide between 4 serving bowls or glasses.
Let it set in the refrigerator for several hours.
Serve upside down if you like by placing the molds briefly in hot water.
