Beat the whipped cream with the icing sugar until stiff, then add the quark and mix well. Wash and clean the strawberries, cut into small pieces and puree. Cut the banana into small pieces and puree. Add eggnog to taste and mix.
First put a layer of quark cream into three glasses, then half of the pureed strawberries, another layer of quark cream and finally the banana and egg liqueur cream. Pour the rest of the quark cream on top and finish with the rest of the pureed strawberries.
If you are particularly fond of eggnog, you can of course mix it with the quark cream.
