Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries, cut in half or quarter and, if you like, candy for about 1/2 hour.
  2. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff.
  3. First put 1 - 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in sundae or champagne bowls, pour the strawberries on top without the resulting juice, spread the cream on top and drizzle with the egg liqueur and the strawberry sugar juice. Serve immediately.
