Wash the strawberries, cut into small pieces and puree. Fill the puree into 4 decorative glasses, pour sparkling wine or champagne on top and add 1 scoop of ice to each.
Wash the remaining strawberries, cut in half and cut hearts out of them, place on the glasses and serve immediately. Preferably with a spoon straw.
If you like, you can add a sugar rim to the glasses beforehand. Simply dip the rim of the glasses in lemon juice and then sugar.
