Whip the cream almost until stiff. Puree 200 g strawberries with the powdered sugar, lemon juice and milk. Cut 50 g strawberries into small, fine pieces. Fold the cream and the strawberry pieces into the mixture.
Stir in the ice cream maker for 45 - 60 minutes until creamy. If you like, you can also use raspberries, blueberries, blackberries or currants instead of strawberries.
