Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the strawberries. Put in a large saucepan and mix with the preserving sugar.
  2. After a short boil, chop up with the hand blender. Add the vanilla and Cointreau. Let everything boil for about 3 minutes. Pour into prepared glasses.
  3. I served it with freshly baked sunflower bread.
