Chop 200 g of strawberries very finely. Pour the chopped strawberries into a saucepan with a glass of water. Add sugar and boil, stirring occasionally (until sugar is completely dissolved).
Dissolve the gelatin according to the instructions on the package. Strain the prepared syrup, add the wine, and diluted gelatin to it. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Cool down.
Arrange the remaining berries in molds. Pour the cooled syrup over the berries. Put the strawberry jelly in the refrigerator to solidify for 1-2 hours.
