Wash and chop the strawberries. Separate the chocolate kisses from the waffle. Mash the foam mass with a fork and mix with the quark, cream and vanilla sugar. Fold in the strawberries with a spoon.
Distribute in four dessert bowls and decorate with a waffle each. Store in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
