Ingredients

• 500 g strawberries
• 1 large banana (s)
• some lemon juice
• some sweetener, liquid
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 500 g low-fat quark
• 200 g cream
• 250 ml milk
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 50 g beverae powder, e.. Kaba, also more
• 100 g chocolate, whole milk

Instructions

1. Wash the strawberries, puree with lemon juice and possibly sweetener. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar and 3/4 of the strawberry puree.
2. Cut the banana into slices and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff, if necessary sweeten.
3. Sauce:
4. Cook a cocoa from milk, vanilla sugar and Kaba and then let the chocolate melt in it. If the sauce is too thin for you, you can thicken it with half a teaspoon of cornstarch. Let the sauce cool down.
5. Layer in glasses or bowls:
6. Strawberry quark, spread the banana slices on top, then strawberry quark and then the rest of the strawberry puree. Finally, add a dollop of cream and some chocolate sauce. Chill until ready to eat.
