Wash the strawberries, puree with lemon juice and possibly sweetener. Mix the quark with the vanilla sugar and 3/4 of the strawberry puree.
Cut the banana into slices and drizzle with a little lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff, if necessary sweeten.
Sauce:
Cook a cocoa from milk, vanilla sugar and Kaba and then let the chocolate melt in it. If the sauce is too thin for you, you can thicken it with half a teaspoon of cornstarch. Let the sauce cool down.
Layer in glasses or bowls:
Strawberry quark, spread the banana slices on top, then strawberry quark and then the rest of the strawberry puree. Finally, add a dollop of cream and some chocolate sauce. Chill until ready to eat.
