• 400 g strawberries
• 200 g ice cream (lemon sorbet), recipe in my profile
• 400 ml sparkling wine, cold
• some lemon juice, for garnish
• Sugar, for garnish

Instructions

1. First dip the edges of the glass in a little lemon juice, then in sugar.
2. Let the lemon sorbet thaw briefly. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems. Put 4 strawberries aside, puree the rest with the sorbet. Pour the strawberry sorbet mixture into the glasses and top up with sparkling wine. Put a strawberry on each glass.
