Wash and clean the strawberries and weigh 250 g. Peel the mango, cut the flesh into cubes, weigh 250 g. Wash one lime with hot water, rub the peel and squeeze out both limes.
Put the fruits and 250 g preserving sugar 2: 1 in a sufficiently large saucepan. Stir in the lime zest and lime juice as well. Bring the fruit pulp to the boil and let it simmer for 4 minutes. Do the gel test.
Pour the jam hot into well-rinsed jars and close immediately. To let it cool down.
