• 2 cl lemon juice
• 2 cl tequila, white
• 4 cl strawberry syrup
• 6 strawberries
• 1 lemon (s), quartered
• sugar
• ice cubes

Instructions

1. To decorate, moisten the rim of the cocktail bowls with a quarter of lemon and dab in a flat plate filled with sugar.
2. Mix the tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, strawberries and four ice cubes well in the electric mixer. Then shake the whole thing vigorously with a few ice cubes in the shaker and pour into the cocktail bowls.
