Wash the strawberries, remove the stalk and cut into quarters. Puree 250 g of the strawberries with the powdered sugar. Mix the mascarpone with natural yoghurt until it is nice and creamy. Add the pureed strawberry mixture to the mascarpone cream and mix completely. Place in a dessert bowl and decorate with chocolate flakes and the remaining strawberries. Place in the refrigerator until ready to be eaten.
Tip: It is particularly impressive when your wine glasses are half filled with the cream. Then put chopped fresh strawberries on top and fill with cream.
