Ingredients

• 250 g mascarpone
• 250 g quark (curd cheese)
• Maple syrup
• 150 g natural yourt
• 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
• 400 g strawberries
• 3 tablespoon amaretto
• powdered sugar
• Lady Fingers or biscuits any kind
• Amaretto

Instructions

1. Roughly crumble the ladyfingers and distribute about 2 tablespoons each on dessert bowls. Drizzle some amaretto over it.
2. Clean and chop the strawberries and puree with the rest of the amaretto, add sugar to taste.
3. Mix the mascarpone, curd cheese, natural yoghurt and lemon juice well and sweeten with maple syrup to taste.
4. Pour the cream on the biscuit crumbs and pour the strawberry purée over the cream.
