Divide the melon, cut the meat from the skin and remove the core as much as possible. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into small pieces. Puree together with the melon meat. Now add the vanilla sugar, honey, buttermilk, yogurt and whipped cream. Mix everything again. Then refrigerate until ready to use.
If you want, you can serve the whole thing on ice cubes or make and add crushed ice beforehand.
