Strawberry Mousse Instructions

  1. The main ingredients of the dish are strawberries and well-chilled heavy cream (from 30%). We add sugar to your taste, depending on the sweetness of the strawberry and on your personal taste preferences. The ratio of strawberry to cream can also be varied: make the mousse more strawberry or creamier. It will be tasty anyway!

  2. Soak gelatin in cold water (5 tablespoons). Let’s let it swell.
  3. Melt the swollen gelatin in a steam bath. Let’s set it to cool and be careful not to start to freeze.
  4. Remove the sepals from the strawberries, wash the berries, and dry them. Set aside a few strawberries for decoration, and combine the rest with sugar.
  5. Grind the strawberries with a blender or just a crush.

  6. Set aside two or three tablespoons of the strawberry mass.
  7. Beat the cream with a mixer into a stable foam.
  8. Combine gelatin with most of the grated strawberries. Mix well.
  9. Combine the strawberry mass with whipped cream. Mix well.
  10. Pour the mass into bowls. Put 1-2 tablespoons of the remaining strawberry puree in each bowl on the surface of the dessert. We make stains with a long stick. We put it in the refrigerator for solidification.
  11. After 3-4 hours, the mass will harden. Serve the strawberry mousse to the table, garnish with strawberry slices and fresh mint leaves.

Enjoy your meal!
