Wash the strawberries and drain them on a kitchen towel, remove the stems and puree in a blender. Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar. Squeeze the oranges, measure out 1/8 liter of juice and mix with the strawberry mixture. Refrigerate.
Mix the custard powder with 6 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of cane sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, add the mixed pudding powder and bring to the boil briefly. Spread the pudding on 4 coffee cups that have been rinsed cold and cover with cling film. No skin can form in this way. Chill after cooling.
Turn the vanilla pudding out onto a deep plate and pour the strawberry and orange cold bowl around it. Wonderfully refreshing in summer! Instead of vanilla pudding, semolina pudding also tastes good.
