- Finely puree 200 g strawberries, the banana, the silken tofu, the vanilla extract and the almonds in a blender or hand blender.
- Put the oat flakes and chia seeds in a container, add the smoothie mix and stir in. Soak in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, cut the remaining strawberries into slices and place on top of the overnight oats as a topping.
- Tip: You can also use yogurt or soy yogurt instead of silken tofu.
