- Wash the fruit. Remove the green of the strawberries and the peach stones and puree the fruit.
- Stir in chia seeds, honey or agave syrup and lemon juice and put the jam in a jar.
- Chill for at least two hours. The jam then thickens due to the chia seeds.
- Because of the fresh fruit, the jam can only be kept in the refrigerator for a few days.
