- Chill the strawberry syrup half a day beforehand.
- Put the cleaned strawberries and chopped peaches in the bowl. Then pour the peach juice at room temperature.
- Then slowly pour the strawberry syrup into the bowl from the edge.
- Caution: it has to be done slowly as you want the strawberry syrup to sink to the bottom!
- Tip: You can also use frozen strawberries, then you have a nicely chilled punch.
