Puree the strawberries in a blender and mix with the honey. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla. Slice the cheese.
Then layer the ingredients in a glass. I started with the strawberries, then the yoghurt, then the crumbled pumpernickel, then the whole cheese, then again the strawberries, yoghurt and finally the crumbled pumpernickel.
When I eat, I always add some leftover, crumbled pumpernickel.
Tip: If you like it sweeter, you can add sweetener or sweeten it differently. You can also add a little salt if you like.
