Instructions

  1. Clean the strawberries and cut them into pleasant bite-sized pieces if they are too big. Please make sure that they are dry again after washing.
  2. Scatter the pepper, let the sugar trickle over the fruit. The amount of sugar can of course be handled variably depending on your taste and carefully stir the mixture a little. The pepper and the brown cane sugar enhance the strawberry aroma pleasantly.
  3. After about 15 minutes, pour the beer over the fruit and let everything stand together in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Then add the red wine and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Now pour in the white wine and let it steep for another three hours. Only fill up with prosecco or sparkling wine before serving.
  5. Enjoy the punch well chilled and decorate it with a few mint leaves if you like.
