• 250 g low-fat quark
• 1 cup milk
• sugar
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 250 g strawberries
• 30 g peanuts
• 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1. Mix the quark with the milk, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Clean, wash and quarter the strawberries. Layer the quark and strawberries alternately in 2 glasses, starting with the quark.
2. Roast the peanuts with butter and sugar in a pan, distribute the cooled nuts between the glasses.
