Instructions

  1. First, roughly chop the ladyfingers and place in a bowl. Then drizzle with amaretto (to taste) and let it steep for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash and clean the strawberries and cut or quarter them. Put some strawberries aside to decorate. Sprinkle the cut strawberries with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and let them steep.
  3. Mix the quark, mascarpone, milk, vanilla sugar, the 75 g sugar and (depending on your taste!) A little amaretto with a whisk and a hand mixer. Now first spread the strawberries, then the mascarpone cream on the biscuit crumbs. Chill until ready to serve. Dust with cocoa and decorate with the remaining strawberries.
  4. This dessert can be prepared the day in advance.
