In the meantime, wash and clean the strawberries and cut or quarter them. Put some strawberries aside to decorate. Sprinkle the cut strawberries with the 2 tablespoons of sugar and let them steep.
Mix the quark, mascarpone, milk, vanilla sugar, the 75 g sugar and (depending on your taste!) A little amaretto with a whisk and a hand mixer. Now first spread the strawberries, then the mascarpone cream on the biscuit crumbs. Chill until ready to serve. Dust with cocoa and decorate with the remaining strawberries.
