Instructions

  1. Put the yogurt in a tall container, add honey, mix a little and put back in the refrigerator.
  2. Weigh the berries (ratio: approx. 50g currants, approx. 50g raspberries, approx. 100 g strawberries) and let thaw briefly. Add to the yoghurt and puree everything finely. Garnish with a little mint and serve immediately.
