• 750 g mascarpone
• 250 g yourt
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• some sugar
• 750 g strawberries
• 250 g raspberries
• 4 tablespoon sugar
• 1 cl raspberry spirit

Instructions

1. Mix the mascarpone, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar. Puree the strawberries, raspberries, sugar and raspberry spirit, if necessary leave some strawberries for garnish. Pour the cream and fruit into a glass in layers. Put in a cool place for a while.
