Instructions

  1. Break the ladyfingers into small pieces. Roast the oat flakes in a non-stick pan until golden brown.
  2. Wash and clean the rhubarb and cut into pieces. Bring to the boil with about 100 ml of water and 80 grams of sugar and cook for about 5 minutes. Wash and clean the strawberries, cut in halves or quarters depending on the size and add to the rhubarb with the jam. Mix the quark and yoghurt with 40 grams of sugar and lemon balm until smooth. Layer the compote alternately with ladyfingers and oatmeal in tall glasses, top with the cream and chill for a short time. Serve garnished with lemon balm if desired.
