- Bring the milk to the boil, sprinkle with rice, add 3 tablespoons of sugar and vanilla pulp and let it cool for about 30 minutes over low heat.
- Wash and clean the strawberries, put some berries aside. Puree the strawberries, add the remaining sugar and liqueur.
- Mix rice with quark and fill into small, square molds.
- Spread the already pureed strawberry sauce on plates and topple the rice.
- Serve with the remaining strawberries and, if desired, garnished with lemon balm.
