Instructions

  1. Wash the strawberries and puree them together with the banana. Squeeze the oranges and mix with the puree. Now honey, cinnamon and ect to taste. add a few ice cubes. If you don`t like breakfast, just add a handful of oatmeal and the shake will fill you up well.
