Instructions

  1. Squeeze the lemon in a bowl or smoothie maker. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp and add to the lemon juice.
  2. Wash, quarter and add the strawberries. Stir in apple juice and yogurt. Puree the mixture or mix in the smoothie maker. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
